White Hall native enlists in the Illinois Army National Guard

SPRINGFIELD, IL (07/07/2017) (readMedia)-- Pfc. Brittany Kraushaar, of White Hall, Illinois, was sworn into the Illinois Army National Guard June 27, at the St. Louis Military Entrance Processing Station.

Kraushaar enlisted as a 12N, Horizontal Construction Engineer, and is assigned to Company M, Recruit Sustainment Program in Shiloh, Illinois.

The North Greene High School graduate will continue her college education upon completion of her initial training.

Kraushaar will take advantage of the Illinois National Guard Grant, which will pay 100 percent of her college tuition. She will also be eligible for the Select Reserve G.I. Bill and federal tuition.

The Recruiting and Retention Battalion and Company M congratulate Kraushaar and welcome her into the Illinois Army National Guard.
