William Barr Performs at National Convention

Randolph-Macon Academy Band and Chorus Perform "A Salute to Freedom" at NRA's Celebration of American Values Freedom Experience

Casey Barr, the son of Roy Barr of Berryville and Brenda Barr of Front Royal, performed for a crowd of approximately 9,500 people at the Edward Jones Dome in Saint Louis, Missouri on April 14, 2012. Casey is a member of the Randolph-Macon Academy (R-MA) Band, which, in conjunction with the R-MA Chorus, performed an hour-long concert, "A Salute to Freedom," as part of the National Rifle Association's "Celebration of American Values Freedom Experience."

Casey is a senior at the Academy.

Randolph-Macon Academy (R-MA), founded in 1892, is a college-preparatory, coeducational boarding school for students in grades 6 through 12. Students in grades 9-12 participate in R-MA's 91st Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC), which is currently recognized as a Distinguished Unit with Merit. R-MA offers a unique flight program as well as summer programs. The Academy is affiliated with the United Methodist Church and is located in Front Royal, VA.
