Anthony Williams signs a letter of commitment to Clark Atlanta University

BATAVIA, NY (05/10/2016)(readMedia)-- GCC men's basketball guard Anthony Williams has signed a National Letter of Intent and will join the Clark Atlanta University men's basketball program beginning in the fall.

Williams played in and started all 30 games for the Cougars this season and averaged over 32 minutes of playing time per contest, the highest on the team. He averaged 13 points per game and led GCC in both assists (4.8) and steals (1.3) on a per-game average and was an All-Region III Third Team selection this year

Clark Atlanta is a Division II member of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and is located in Atlanta, GA. The Panthers compete in the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) and played to a 9-20 record during the 2015-16 season.

Genesee advanced to the Region III Semifinals this year and finished with an overall record of 20-10.

Williams will receive athletic scholarship to attend Clark Atlanta and will study Business Administration.
