Woosley and Packman participate in Kentucky Intercollegiate Band

Samual "Garrett" Woosley and Caleb Packman were one of seven students from University of the Cumberlands (UC) who recently participated in the Kentucky Intercollegiate Band in Louisville as part of the Kentucky Music Educators Association Conference.
