York College graduate student Jason Huffman to participate in mentoring program

YORK, PA (02/22/2013)(readMedia)-- Jason Huffman of Dover, a student in the Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) track of York College's graduate nursing program, has been invited to participate in the Student Mentoring Program coordinated by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) Public Relations Committee. Each year at the AANA Mid-Year Assembly, a group of student registered nurse anesthetists from around the country spend a day being mentored by practicing CRNAs. The purpose of the program is to provide a positive, welcoming, motivational, and educational experience to student leaders, as identified by their program administrators, through mentoring by experienced CRNA leaders.

Located in southcentral Pennsylvania, York College offers more than 50 baccalaureate majors in professional programs, the sciences and humanities to its 4,600 undergraduate students.
