Brief Traffic Stop Near Interchange 29 (Canajoharie, Sharon Spring, Route 10)
ALBANY, NY (04/04/2008; 1406)(readMedia)-- The New York State Thruway Authority today announced that a construction project near Interchange 29 (Canajoharie) will require a brief traffic stop in both directions beginning at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, April 7, 2008, weather permitting.
New York State Police Troop T will stop both eastbound and westbound traffic, approximately one half mile west of Interchange 29. It is anticipated that this brief traffic stop will only last a maximum of ten minutes.
Motorists are encouraged to remain alert and aware of their surroundings while traveling through the area.
The Authority appreciates motorists’ patience during this necessary project.
