Call A Dentist Toll-Free Feb. 12

ALBANY, NY (02/04/2008; 1548)(readMedia)-- Have a question about dental care that you would like to discuss with a dentist? Members of the New York State Dental Association will have answers for you via a toll-free line at 1-877-TEETH RX (1-877-833-8479) during Dial-A-Smile, Tuesday, February 12 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.

“For more than 20 years, our Dial-A-Smile outreach has provided New Yorkers an opportunity to speak confidentially with a NYSDA-member dentist about oral health questions and concerns,” said Dr. Stephen Gold, a Suffolk County dentist and president of NYSDA. “We encourage the public to pick up the phone on February 12 and take advantage of the expertise of our members who are donating their time to serve New York state with this free public service,” adds Dr. Gold.

The New York State Dental Association, celebrating 140 years in 2008, is one of the largest state constituents of the American Dental Association and represents more than 13,000 of the state's practicing dentists.
