Fuel Services Will Temporarily Suspended at Chittenango Travel Plaza January 9

Restaurant and Restroom Services Remain Available to Motorists

ALBANY, NY (01/09/2008; 0921)(readMedia)-- The New York State Thruway Authority today announced that fuel services will be temporarily suspended at the Chittenango Travel Plaza, located on I-90 westbound between Interchanges 34 (Canastota) and 34A (Syracuse I-481), milepost 266, westbound on Wednesday, January 9, 2008 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. for maintenance.

Westbound motorists in need of fuel, are advised that the next available westbound travel plaza is Warners Travel Plaza located approximately 26 miles west of the Chittenango Travel Plaza.

Restaurant and restroom services will remain open.

The Dynamic Message Sign System (DMS) will be activated to inform motorists' of the limited services.

The Authority appreciates motorists' patience during this necessary work.
