Capital Region Restaurants Support Breast Cancer Awareness with To Life!

ALBANY, NY (10/03/2007; 1504)(readMedia)-- Executive Director Thea Hoeth enjoys the first of many apple pies to be eaten around the Capital District Friday October 5, through Sunday, October 7, 2007. Proceeds from apple pie sales sold in all Co’-op’s restaurants will be donated to To Life!, a non-profit organizations providing breast cancer education and support.

More than 80 percent of McDonald's 13,700 U.S. restaurants are independently owned and operated by local franchisees. The McDonald's Operators of the Capital Region Co-op consists of 20 owner/operators who own 75 restaurants in the following counties: Albany, Bennington (VT), Berkshire (MA), Columbia, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Rutland (VT), Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Ulster, Warren and Washington.
