$3 Million Instant Ticket Winner Told to Take an Aspirin; Call the Lottery in the Morning
SCHENECTADY, NY (04/23/2008; 1500)(readMedia)-- The New York Lottery will present a $3,000,000 prize check to a practicing dentist from Great River, Suffolk County.
The winner, a 54-year-old father of three from Israel, said he went into shock after scratching his ticket in the store where he bought it; prompting the retailer to tell the doctor to "take some aspirin and call the Lottery in the morning" to claim his prize.
