The New York Lottery’s Marissa Rodriguez will introduce Monroe County’s first Lottery Millionaire of 2008. The Rochester mother of three is the first statewide winner of the $1,000,000 top prize on the $5 Cashtastic instant game.
She purchased her winning ticket during a “quick run” to the grocery store to purchase some frozen potatoes. While there, she picked up a Lottery ticket, “just because.”
