WHAT: Informational Picket in support of more than 200 Olympic Regional Development Authority (ORDA) employees who have been working without a contract since March 31. The union recently declared negotiations were at an impasse.
WHY: CSEA's 97th Annual Delegate Meeting begins Sept. 17 in Lake Placid. More than 1,000 delegates will take part in the event which is expected to generate approximately $1.5 million into the local economy. CSEA members will show their solidarity with ORDA employees.
