OGS To Hold Public Auction For Prpoerty on South Fallsburgh

ALBANY, NY (09/19/2007; 1144)(readMedia)-- New York State Office of General Services (OGS) Commissioner John C. Egan today announced that OGS will hold a public auction on Tuesday, September, 25th at noon for a state property at 5217 South Main St. in South Fallsburg. The property was the site of the former OMRDD Hostel 2981. The auction will be held in the courtroom of Town Hall in South Fallsburg at 19 Railroad Plaza. Registration will begin at 11:30 a.m.

The property is a one story, nine room office building with a partially finished basement. It was originally built in 1940 and has an attached 3-bay carport. The building contains approximately 1,800 square feet of gross building area. There will be an Open House on Thursday, September 20, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
