Planned Parenthood Appoints Vice President for Development

ALBANY, NY (01/31/2008; 1632)(readMedia)-- Upper Hudson Planned Parenthood is pleased to announce the appointment of Joe McQueen to the position of Vice President for Development. Mr. McQueen will be responsible for oversight and management of the UHPP Development department, including the Annual Fund, special events and grants procurement.

Mr. McQueen has worked in the areas of management and resource development for several non-profit organizations including the American Liver Foundation, the Huntington’s Disease Society of America, the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America and the Muscular Dystrophy Association. He most recently served as Vice President of Donor Relations at United Way of the Greater Capital Region.

McQueen and his family are residents of Scotia, New York.

Upper Hudson Planned Parenthood is a community-based non-profit organization providing advocacy, education and medical services for reproductive health care in the capital region since 1934. Our services are delivered with special concern for the underserved.
