Several stoppages will also occur on Wednesday, April 16, between 7 p.m. and midnight just west of Interchange 36 (Watertown, Binghamton, Route 81) while steel is removed from the Buckley Road Bridge. Stoppages will take place in one direction at a time and could last up to 10 minutes each.
