Robert M. Vandy Named Vice President - Marketing at New York Long Term Care Brokers, Ltd.

CLIFTON PARK, NY (04/07/2008; 1428)(readMedia)-- New York Long Term Care Brokers, Ltd., a national insurance brokerage firm headquartered in Clifton Park, NY and specializing in long term care, life and disability income insurance and annuities, is pleased to announce that Robert M. Vandy has been named Vice President – Marketing.

Mr. Vandy was most recently Director of Business Development with the firm, and has led the agency’s efforts in growing their distribution with the individual agent, broker, financial advisor and planner community, as well as through increased presence in the broker dealer, wire house, insurance carrier, bank and credit union channels. In his new role, he will oversee the firm’s overall market development, recruiting, training and strategic development and planning functions.

A Past President of the Eastern NY Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals and former Board Member of the Capital District Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, Mr. Vandy has over 18 years experience in financial services and lives in Ballston Spa, NY with his wife and son.
