The BEST Center Offers New Online Certificate Programs

Over 70 courses available through partnership with Flexstudy and the American Management Association

BATAVIA, NY (07/21/2008; 1413)(readMedia)-- The BEST Center at Genesee Community College has partnered with Flexstudy and the American Management Association (AMA), the number one management education and training organization in the United States, to offer online non-credit courses and certificate programs. Disciplines range from sales, marketing, finance, leadership, customer service, and much more.

To meet the needs of our local business community, The BEST Center will provide over 70 courses and several certificate programs. These new online courses and certificate programs are self-study designed by the AMA and will benefit individuals, corporations, and institutions. This program will award students with valuable Continuing Education Units (CEUs) at the completion of each course.

Students will be able to choose flexible and attainable sets of courses and career objectives, no matter what their current skill level. In addition, this program will allow students to study on their own time and at their own pace. Completion of a certificate programs provides the opportunity to increase earnings, enhance careers, and sharpen professional skills through this convenient new online program.
