ALBANY, NY (02/14/2008; 1734)(readMedia)-- Timothy S. Hart has been appointed a partner at the law firm of O'Connell and Aronowitz in Albany, New York. Mr. Hart has been associated with the firm since 2003. He is a member of the Albany County and New York State Bar Associations and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Hart, who is also a Certified Public Accountant concentrates his practice in Tax Law, Estate Planning and Administration and Business Law. He has counseled a variety of clients, including individuals and businesses, on a wide variety of matters including criminal and civil tax defense, tax planning, tax exemptions, Trust and Will preparation, estate administration, corporate transactions and contract matters.
