Traffic Advisory: Thruway Authority Announces Possible Delays at Interchange 23
Motorists May Experience Moderate Delays
ALBANY, NY (02/13/2008; 1609)(readMedia)-- The New York State Thruway Authority advised that motorists may experience moderate delays at Interchange 23 (Albany – Downtown, I-787, Route 9W) entrance and exit ramps due to a down telephone wire.
The Authority will activate its Highway Advisory Radio (HAR) to alert motorists to the delay.
Additionally, motorists are encouraged to drive with caution during the inclement weather.
The Authority appreciates motorists' patience during this time.
