11 Golden Bears Earn 2026 USTFCCCA All-Academic Honors

The Kutztown University men's and women's track and field teams were recognized as U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic Teams for the 2025-26 season, with 11 Golden Bears earning individual USTFCCCA All-Academic honors.

The team awards mark the fourth consecutive year both Kutztown programs have received All-Academic Team recognition. To qualify, teams must maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and record a team score at their respective NCAA regional championship.

The men's honorees included accounting majors Adam Brocato (Reisterstown, Md./Calvert Hall) and Sean Singleton (Reading, Pa./Governor Mifflin), criminal justice major Michael Fellin (Sheppton, Pa./Marian Catholic), finance major Ryan Kenneff (Manheim, Pa./Manheim Central), business administration major Andrew Szeplaki (Bath, Pa./Northampton), marketing major Owen Weaver (Baldwinsville, N.Y./C.W. Baker) and information technology major Jaydon Witman (Hamburg, Pa./Hamburg).

Representing the women's team were psychology major Mackey Donovan (Blauvelt, N.Y./Tappan Zee), allied health majors Natalie Holland (Lancaster, Pa./Lampeter-Strasburg) and Deandra Young (East Stroudsburg, Pa./Stroudsburg), and business administration major Beth Schearer (Springfield, Pa./Springfield).

To earn individual All-Academic recognition, student-athletes must maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.25 and either rank among the top 50 on the final TFRRS performance lists or compete at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
