12 hour Ramp Closure off of Turnpike 43 in Washington County

NEW STANTON, PA (07/27/2011)(readMedia)-- The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission will close the Route 40 west exit ramp to PA 43 south for 12 hours starting Fri. July 29 at 7:00 p.m. through Sat. July 30 at 7:00 a.m.

While the ramp is closed motorist will be detoured to the next exit, they will be directed to re-enter PA 43 South. Message boards will be in place throughout the detour to safely direct traffic to PA 43 south.

The closure is needed while crews repave the Route 40 west exit ramp.
