AZUSA, CA (01/18/2008)(readMedia)-- WHO: Azusa Pacific University’s Center for Research in Science (CRIS) hosts David Dewolf, professor of law at Gonzaga University, Spokane, Wash.

WHAT: Lecture: “The Santorum Amendment: Teaching the Controversy”

WHY: CRIS invites lecturers to discuss current issues of science and theology to educate students and the community on the evidence for God’s handiwork in the universe, and to equip Christians to defend their faith through science.

FACTS:

• Dewolf’s previous experience includes serving as a law clerk for Justice Stephen Bistline Idaho Supreme Court, from 1979-80, private practice with Lukins & Annis, P.S., Spokane during 1980-84, assistant professor for Oklahoma City University from 1984-87, and senior fellow at the Discovery Institute, Seattle, Washington.
