ANNVILLE, PA (04/14/2016)(readMedia)-- Lebanon Valley College welcomes spring with its 45th annual ValleyFest celebration on Saturday, April 23. The festival, which is free and open to the local community, includes local arts and craft vendors, food vendors, musical acts, children's activities, games, and more.
The Social Quad will spring to life with games, arts and crafts vendors, food trucks, and other fun activities beginning at 10 a.m. The day stage will include musical performances by The Jayplayers, Milo, Re.Live, The Mellowells, Sheridan Ave, and many more.
Nationally known musicians Aaron Carter and Jon Bellion will close out ValleyFest with a concert at 8 p.m. in the Edward H. Arnold Sports Center. Doors open at 7 p.m. Tickets, which are available online, are $10 for LVC students and $20 for the public.
Aaron Carter's fifth studio album LøVë is set to release later this year. He released his first single, "Fools Gold," on April 1. Jon Bellion, who is known for writing for artists such as Eminem, Rihanna, Jason Derulo, and Zedd, will perform his own music. Both artists will perform 60-minute sets.
November Lounge, the newest VALE Music Group band, will open for Aaron Carter and Jon Bellion. November Lounge includes guitarist and lead singer Aaron Abercrombie '17, bass player Zachary Washko '18, and drummer Alex Rubin '17. The band signed with the College's student-run record label earlier this year.
