Ali Cashmore Named to WNYAC All-Conference Second Team

BATAVIA, NY (11/21/2011)(readMedia)-- Ali Cashmore, a resident of Akron, New York (14001) was among four members of the Genesee Community College women's soccer team who were named to the Western New York Athletic Conference All-Conference team. She was named to the All-Conference second team.

Cashmore lead the team this season in goals scored with nine and total points with 23. She appeared in 15 of the teams 19 games.

The Lady Cougars finished the season with a 9-10 record and earned a victory in five of their last six contests. Their season ended with a 1-0 opening round loss in the Region III Tournament against Onondaga Community College on October 22nd.
