NEW LONDON, CT (04/30/2010)(readMedia)-- Nathan Foster Cornell, a junior at Connecticut College, has been elected president of the Student Government Association (SGA) for the 2010-2011 academic year.
Cornell assumes many responsibilities. As president, he presides over the Student Assembly, which determines policies that directly impact students academically, socially and personally. Also, he is a member of the Student Executive Board, which is the direct line of communication between students and the college's administration.
Cornell, a 2007 graduate of The Peddie School, is the son of Frank and Bette Cornell of Allentown.
