Alpharetta Resident Nobles Green Receives Oglethorpe University's Young Alumni of the Year Award

ATLANTA, GA (04/18/2013)(readMedia)-- Alpharetta resident Nobles Green, a 2003 graduate of Oglethorpe University, will be presented with the O.K. Sheffield '53 Young Alumni of the Year Award during Oglethorpe University's Alumni Weekend, April 19-21, 2013.

The O.K. Sheffield '53 Young Alumni of the Year Award recognizes a graduate of the last 10 years who has shown leadership and inspired other young alumni through participation in career, public service, volunteer or continuing education activities.

Green is currently a medical illustrator at Nucleus Medical Media in Kennesaw, Ga. Many of Green's animations and illustrations have appeared on national television programs, online at WebMD, and in print for McGraw-Hill. Outside of his work, Nobles serves as an active member of the Association of Medical Illustrators and gives lectures and provides guidance to young students and professionals.

Oglethorpe University was founded in 1835 and enrolls 1,100 students representing 34 states and 28 countries.
