Alvernia Cross Country Earns USTFCCCA Academic Honors

Alvernia's Men's and Women's Cross Country Teams earned USTFCCCA All-Academic Team Honors for their academic performance in the fall semester, as announced by the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).

In order to qualify for All-Academic distinction, teams must have a cumulative GPA of 3.1 on a 4.0 scale. Alvernia's Men's Cross Country team finished the fall semester with a 3.30 team GPA. Alvernia's Women's Cross Country posted a team GPA of 3.85 in the fall semester. The Women's Team's 3.85 GPA was ranked seventh in the country amongst recognized teams.
