Amanda Boyer Participates in The Voice of the Turtle at Washington College

CHESTERTOWN, MD (05/09/2012)(readMedia)-- Washington College is pleased to announce that Amanda Boyer '14, daughter of Richard and Karen Boyer of Budd Lake, NJ, has recently completed work on the production, The Voice of the Turtle, a 1940s lighthearted comedy by John William Van Druten. Boyer served as the play's assistant stage manager and assistant set designer.
Boyer is majoring in English with a minor in Drama. She is active with Cleopatra's Sisters and in Drama Department Productions. She also takes photographs for The Elm student newspaper. Boyer graduated from Mount Olive High School.
Founded in 1782 under the patronage of George Washington, Washington College is a private, independent college of liberal arts and sciences located in colonial Chestertown on Maryland's Eastern Shore.
