Amber Hartblay of Amherst receives chemistry award at Elms College

CHICOPEE, MA (05/18/2010)(readMedia)-- Amber Hartblay of Amherst received the American Institute of Chemistry Award at Elms College's annual Honors Convocation. The award recognizes a graduating chemistry major for scholastic achievement, as well as an outstanding record of leadership, ability, and character.

Hartblay was awarded a bachelor of arts degree in chemistry at Elms Sunday, May 16.

Elms College is a co-educational, Catholic college offering a liberal arts curriculum that gives students multiple perspectives on life.
