STORM LAKE, IA (05/11/2012)(readMedia)--  Amber Riedy, a sophomore biology and chemistry double major from Grand Island, Neb., was recently honored at Buena Vista University's student recognition event.

Riedy was awarded the Cumberland Student Development Award.

This award enhances opportunities for special academically talented students in the areas of internships, off-campus and foreign semesters and foreign trips.
