Anchorage native presents research at annual undergraduate conference

WALLA WALLA, WA (04/26/2012)(readMedia)-- Emily Hanscam of Anchorage, Alaska. recently presented a paper at the annual Whitman College Undergraduate Conference on Tuesday, April 10. Her presentation was titled "The Construction of Identity in Nazi Germany and Israel."
Hanscam, the daughter of Michael and Alice Hanscam, is a 2008 graduate of South Anchorage High School. She is currently a senior anthropology and history major at Whitman.
The undergraduate conference is an annual opportunity for Whitman students to share their research and creative projects with the community. Presentations are given by students in all disciplines.
