Annual Wellness and Wisdom Day

ALBANY, NY (04/30/2007)(readMedia)-- The Empire State Society of Association Executives, Inc. (ESSAE) will hold its Annual Wellness & Wisdom Day on Thurs., May 17, 2007 at the Hilton Lake Placid Resort in Lake Placid, N.Y.

The day consists of three concurrent forums in the morning, a choice of various activities including a golf tournament and an Olympic experience in the afternoon and a networking reception and dinner in the evening.

The three forums will address the following topics: Best Practices in Membership Marketing/Retaining Members, Essentials of Volunteer Management, and Taking Your Meetings to the Next Level with New Technologies. The forums will run from 10:30 a.m. to noon. The wellness activities will start at noon. The networking reception will begin at 6 p.m., followed by dinner.

ESSAE is based in Albany, N.Y., and comprises over 550 members, representing executives employed by trade, business and professional associations. The cost to attend a forum is $25. The golf tournament is $65 per golfer and includes a boxed lunch. A boxed lunch for all other activities is $20. The fee for the reception and dinner is $40.
