SPRINGFIELD, MA (07/02/2013)(readMedia)-- Anthony J. Fontanella of Amston, Conn., received the Honor Graduate in Criminal Justice Award during Baccalaureate ceremonies at Western New England University. Denise Gosselin, chair of the Criminal Justice and Sociology department and associate professor of Criminal Justice, presented the award.
Fontanella graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Honors Program with a double major in Criminal Justice and Psychology. He is a member of the Alpha Lambda Delta honor socity and received the National Merit Scholarship. Beginning in the fall, Fontanella will begin studying at the University of Connecticut School of Law.
