Area students receive transfer scholarship

Three students, transferring to University of Wisconsin-Stout for the 2013-14 academic year, are recipients of the Phi Theta Kappa Transfer Scholarship. The scholarship is only available to members of the Phi Theta Kappa honor society transferring directly from two-year colleges.
