Ashley Tricario Honored by Hartwick College

Ashley Tricario of Hopewell Junction, NY, was recognized with multiple awards during Hartwick College's spring recognition ceremonies.

At Honors Convocation held on May 3, Tricario was presented with the Diener Fellowship. It is awarded to a rising junior on the basis of high academic achievement in either computer or information science. Established by the Hartwick Department of Computer & Information Sciences, it is awarded for excellence in the field, and is given in honor of Dr. David Diener, professor of mathematics from 1968-2000.

During the College's Athletics Award Ceremony held on May 11, Tricario received the Philip S. Wilder Jr. Award for Academic Distinction, which is presented to athletes and/or managers of teams who have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher. Tricario is a member of the Hawks field hockey, and women's track and field teams.
