Beau Schroeder receives Chancellor's Award

MENOMONIE, WIS. (05/23/2013)(readMedia)-- Beau Schroeder received the Chancellor's Award at University of Wisconsin-Stout for the fall 2012 semester.

Schroeder, majoring in hotel, restaurant and tourism, is a 2010 graduate of Kickapoo High School in Viola.

The award is presented to students who have a grade point average of 3.5 or above.

UW-Stout, Wisconsin's Polytechnic University, is a special mission university in the UW System. The university has a long-standing reputation of serving business, industry, education and the helping professions through its specialized educational programs.

Enrollment this year is 9,200.
