Berkshire Country Day School Graduation and Awards

LENOX, MA (06/12/2014)(readMedia)-- Berkshire Country Day School, an independent school for students in preschool through ninth grade, celebrated the graduation of the Class of 2014 at an Awards & Graduation Ceremony held Wednesday, June 11, 2014.

Graduates of the Class of 2014 are:

Henry Dolan, Chatham, NY

Kendall Pollart, Great Barrington

Andrea Velez, Lee

Mr. Dolan received the Butler Academic Prize, the G. James Fawcett English Prize, the Rambotham History Prize, the Discere Expl?r?re Est (Learning is Discovery, the school's motto) Latin Prize, and the Judge Citizenship Award.

Ms. Pollart received a Marilyn Orner Cromwell Art Prize, the Adeline Cowhig Mathematics Prize, the Madame Grad French Prize, and the Phillips Citizenship Prize.

Ms. Velez received a Marilyn Orner Cromwell Art Prize, the Thomson Science Prize, and the Donald T. Oakes Citizenship Award.

Awards were also presented to seventh and eighth grade students:
