Bishop native presents research at annual undergraduate conference

WALLA WALLA, WA (05/11/2012)(readMedia)-- Emma Oschrin of Bishop, Calif. recently presented a poster at the annual Whitman College Undergraduate Conference on Tuesday, April 10. Her poster presentation was titled "Bluebunch Wheatgrass Success on North- and South-Facing Slopes."

Oschrin, the daughter of Alex Ellis of Bishop and John Oschrin of Pasadena, is a 2009 graduate of Bishop High School. She is currently a junior environmental studies-biology major at Whitman.

The undergraduate conference is an annual opportunity for Whitman students to share their research and creative projects with the community. Presentations are given by students in all disciplines.
