Brittney Stonestreet of Silver Spring to Perform Senior Recital

GETTYSBURG, PA (02/06/2012)(readMedia)--  Brittney Stonestreet, a Senior at Gettysburg College will present a senior recital on February 19 at 4 pm in Gettysburg College's Paul Recital Hall located in Schmucker Hall on the Gettysburg College campus. Stonestreet's program will include music from across the ages in both classical and musical theatre repertoire with great composers such as Edvard Grieg, Duncan Sheik, Joaquín Rodrigo, Andrew Lloyd Webber.

Founded in 1832, Gettysburg College is a highly selective four-year residential college of liberal arts and sciences with a strong academic tradition that includes Rhodes Scholars, a Nobel laureate and other distinguished scholars among its alumni. The college enrolls 2,600 undergraduate students and is located on a 200-acre campus adjacent to the Gettysburg National Military Park in Pennsylvania within a couple hours drive of four major metropolitan areas.
