Brooklyn Native David McGaughey Assists Small Businesses
WALLA WALLA, WA (10/08/2012)(readMedia)-- Brooklyn native David McGaughey is working as a Junior Advisor at the Walla Walla branch of the Washington Small Business Development Center through the Whitman College Community Fellows program. He is being trained to do financial projections, business planning and investment sourcing, as well as preparing to take on his own clients. Upon graduation, the young entrepreneur aspires to start his own business.
McGaughey is the son of Lawrence McGaughey and Deborah Huntington from Brooklyn, N.Y. He is a 2009 graduate of Packer Collegiate Institute.
At Whitman, McGaughey is a senior gender studies major and enjoys the Greek life, dance and intramural flag football.
