Bryan College honors Caitlin Hawkins from Knoxville

DAYTON, TN (04/28/2011)(readMedia)-- Caitlin Hawkins from Knoxville, TN, was among 75 students at Bryan College recognized for their achievement during the college's Honors Day chapels recently.

Each year Bryan presents scholarships, departmental awards and other leadership honors to students who have distinguished themselves during their academic career

Caitlin, daughter of Alan and Denise Hawkins of Knoxville, received the Mary McDonald Groves Music Scholarship, for outstanding achivement in music, and the Gordon and Janice Lou Alley Scholarship, presented to students who plan to enter full-time Christian service..

Bryan is a four-year Christian liberal arts college offering bachelor's degrees in 18 areas. The college has been recognized by U.S. News & World Report for 16 consecutive years as being among the Top Tier of Southern comprehensive colleges.
