Buffalo State Student Named the 'Frederick Howe Outstanding Student Volunteer'

Buffalo State College's Civic and Community Engagement Office recently named their "Frederick Howe Outstanding Student Volunteer." The award is presented to a student who provided exceptional service to the community as a volunteer, not through a service-learning course.
