Campers Light the Night in Iowa State Fair Contest

DES MOINES, IA (08/26/2021) (readMedia)-- Patrick Coughlin of Polk County won Champion Overall honors in the annual Campground Lighting Contest, judged at the 2021 Iowa State Fair. Patrick earned free camping for the entire 2022 Fair.

James Breckenridge of Jasper County won Reserve Champion Overall and Best Use of State Fair Theme, winning eleven free admission tickets to the 2022 Fair.

Delores Carroll of Lucas County won Showmanship and the Most Number of Lights Used. Most Original Entry went to Tracy Below of Hardin County.
