Capital District Session on Transportation Planning

Mohawk-Erie Corridor Topic on Thursday, Dec. 1

ALBANY, NY (11/28/2011)(readMedia)-- A public information session on transportation planning for the Capital District region will be held Thursday, Dec. 1, from 5-7 p.m., at The Crossings of Colonie Meeting House, 580 Albany Shaker Road, Loudonville.

The program is part of the Mohawk-Erie Multimodal Transportation Corridor Study co-sponsored by the New York State Department of Transportation and the New York State Thruway Authority, in cooperation with the New York State Canal Corporation.

The study looks toward future transportation needs and priorities for the 400-mile Mohawk-Erie Corridor along I-90 that connects Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, and Albany.
