Carthage music students compete at vocal auditions

A select group of Carthage College music students participated in the Wisconsin National Association of Teachers of Singing vocal auditions competition at UW-Whitewater in November. Each student was assigned to a category based on their age and musical selections (classical, commercial, and/or musical theatre).

Carthage's music curriculum provides comprehensive vocal training, as well as many opportunities to perform.

The National Association of Teachers of Singing is a non-profit organization dedicated to encouraging the highest standards of singing through excellence in teaching and promotion of vocal education and research.
