HARTSVILLE, S.C. - (01/02/2014)(readMedia)-- Adrienne Cataldo recently earned a master's degree in college athletic administration from Coker College. Cataldo was part of six individuals that made up the first class to receive a graduate degree from the institution.
Cataldo is from Sumter, S.C. She is currently the head softball coach at the USC Sumter. Cataldo holds a Bachelor of Arts in history from the University of South Carolina.
Beginning in May 2012, the Master of Science in college athletic administration became the first graduate program offered at Coker College. It is an 18-month, online-based program. The program balances theory with real-world experience and provides students with a strong foundation of knowledge in areas such as NCAA compliance regulations, sport communication, sport law, recruiting of coaches and athletes, fundraising, sport business management and sport marketing.
