Central Penn College paralegal student receives scholarship from CPPA

SUMMERDALE, PA (06/26/2013)(readMedia)-- Central Penn College paralegal student Sarah Hower, of Cumberland, Md., has received a $750 scholarship from the Central Pennsylvania Paralegal Association (CPPA). Hower earned the scholarship through her enrollment in Central Penn's paralegal program; she obtained two outstanding letters of recommendation, had a 4.0 GPA and successfully completed an essay and interview by members of the CPPA.

Hower received her CPPA scholarship and a plaque commemorating her efforts at the Dauphin County Bar Association Law Day breakfast on May 1. She currently works as a receptionist at Boyle Litigation in Camp Hill.

"I wanted to thank [Professor DeLeo] for writing me the letter of recommendation for the CPPA scholarship," says Hower. "I cannot be grateful enough and I cannot wait to see what other successes this opportunity brings!"
