Central Pennsylvania Undergraduate Symposium in Art History
Leila Mallon, a senior history major with political science and art history minors, will present her paper, Colonial Legacies and the Efficiency of Decolonizing Museum Practices, Using Princeton University Art Museum as a Case Study, at the Central Pennsylvania Undergraduate Symposium in Art History at 11:30 am on May 2nd, 2026 at Lafayette College. Her paper was written as part of an independent study with Associate Professor Maggie Mills. The independent study coursework was designed in partnership with the Cressman library. In conjunction with research on her paper topic, Leila explored library systems, practiced research strategies, evaluated archival resources, and contributed to art history research guides.
