Charlotte Evans, a neuroscience major from Essex, Vt., was named co-winner of the University of Vermont Hannah Howard Prize on May 17.
The Hannah Howard Prize is awarded to an undergraduate senior who has achieved the highest grade point average in the College of Arts and Sciences while enrolled on a full-time basis. The Prize was willed to the University of Vermont by Hannah V. Howard for scholarship attainments, good standing, and deportment. Evans also graduated with minors in global studies and chemistry. Evans is planning on a medical career.
