Coker College Women's Volleyball Team Honors Seniors

HARTSVILLE, S.C. (11/13/2012)(readMedia)-- Coker College women's volleyball player Brittany Bass, of Bethune, S.C., was recently honored during Senior Night before the Cobras' match against Emmanuel College.

A four-year member of the Coker squad, Bass left a mark on the volleyball record books. She is No. 5 all-time in digs with 1,054 and holds the single-match record for digs with 37, which came against Barton College on Nov. 2, 2011. Bass was also a Conference Carolinas third team all-conference selection in 2012.

Bass is a biology major at Coker. She is the daughter of Tracy and Patricia Bass.

The Coker women's volleyball team made the Conference Carolinas tournament for the first time in five years in 2012. The Cobras fell to North Greenville in the quarterfinals.
